President: Presides at all meetings of the Board of Directors and all quarterly home owner's meetings; sees that the orders and the resolutions of the Board of Director's are carried out; signs all leases, mortgages, deeds and other written instruments, cosigns checks and promisary notes.
Vice President: Acts in the place of the President in the event of the President's absence, or in the President's inability or refusal to act. The Vice President exercises and discharges such other duties as may be required by the Board of Directors.
Secretary: Records the votes and minutes of the proceedings at all Association meetings, keeps the corporate seal, serves notice of the monthly, quarterly, and special meetings, keeps appropriate records of the current members of the Association, and peforms other duties as may be required by the Board of Directors.
Treasurer: Recieves, deposits, and disburses all funds as directed by the Board of Directors, keeps proper books of the checking account and the ledger of homeowners dues, creates an annual audit, prepares an annual budget and statement of income and prepares a statement of expenditures for monthly and quarterly meetings.
Street Representatives: Distributes newsletters, neighborhood news flashes, and other literature to the homeowners as required by the Board of Directors. Conveys other infomation to home owners by going door to door or by telephone.
Board of Directors: Responsible for the management of the affairs of the Association and supervise all officers, agents, and employees of the Association. They adopt rules and regulations governing the use of the common areas and facility, the conduct of the members and their guests thereon, and to establish penalties for the infraction thereof. They can suspend voting rights of members for non payment of association dues and exercise for the Association all powers, duties, and authority vested in or delegated to the Association which are not reserved to the membership in the By-laws. Although it is the Board's responsibility to keep records of all their actions, it is usually the Secretary who records and keeps these and all records.
